Full Service and Renovations

Full design services are for projects of all sizes, ranging from renovating a single room to whole-home interiors and commercial design.  I work hand-in-hand with you and your construction team to create custom spaces. From inception to completion, we’ll collaborate to define your creative vision, transform your living space, and even curate every last stylish detail. 

We’ll confer at each stage of the process to ensure your home reflects your vision, your needs, and your style:

Project Analysis

I will come to your space and conduct site visits to photograph, measure, and assess your needs and design aesthetics, and discuss budget.
 

Conceptual Design

We will chat big picture design and gather inspiration.  Upon securing a deposit for half the balance, I will begin developing a comprehensive design.

 

Schematic phase

During this phase I will create the necessary drawings to communicate the vision of the space to contractors, trades people, electricians, etc.  Drawings can consist of: construction plans, furnishings plans, electrical/plumbing plans, elevations, working drawings for millwork and custom cabinetry, three dimensional drawings.  Appropriate fixtures, furnishings, fabric, and selections will be made.  Final payment to be rendered at the end of services.

 

Installation

The final phase is here!  This is an exciting time of putting all the pieces in place. 

 

 

New Construction

Building can be a very exciting and stressful time in a clients’ life.  So many choices have to made in the initial phase of design regarding the exterior and also interior elements like the floor and wall coverings, cabinetry and countertop finishes, moldings, doors, lighting, and hardware.  The architectural integrity of your space is as important as how you adorn the interior.  Let me help you distress this process and make sound, classical choices that work well with you existing or new color schemes. I will work with your chosen contractor/builder to coordinate the design.

 

 

Millwork and Custom Cabinetry

Need design for a custom kitchen or cabinetry?  One of the many aspects that I enjoy is designing custom cabinetry for clients.  I will work with your carpenter to design the ultimate dream kitchen that not only functions but will stand the test of time.  We will work together to determine the best layout for your storage needs, finish, countertop, and visual display.
